This agreement is asking you as a volunteer not to share any C4E/i.b.mee. confidential information. As a C4E Coach, you are not directly being given sensitive or copyrighted material, however, we are asking you to sign this to keep in mind of our programming.

I understand that in connection with my volunteer services with International Body Mind Empowerment Enterprises (“i.b.mee.”), I may have access to, and use, Confidential Information, which may include in addition to other items not listed, manuals, methods, forms, systems, research, processes and techniques which Company owns, plans or develops, whether for its own use or for use by or with its clients, are confidential trade secrets and are the property of Company. I understand that all of such Confidential Information has been developed through a substantial investment of time and effort by i.b.mee. and that its disclosure to unauthorized persons will cause harm to i.bmee.

I will not disclose or repeat any confidential information to any person, firm or company, except in connection with services performed, or copy, reproduce, or take the original or any copies of any Confidential Information. Upon the termination of my volunteer service for any reason, I shall deliver any and all such materials, as well as all copies thereof and excerpts therefrom, which may be in my possession, to the authorized representatives of i.b.mee.

I further understand that the Trade Secrets Protection Act, N.C. Gen. Stat. Section 66-152, prohibits the disclosure of trade secrets and provides legal remedies for the disclosure of such information, and I expressly agree that all information classified as Confidential Information in this Agreement is a “Trade Secret” as defined therein.

I understand that if I disclose any Confidential Information to any person, firm, or company, my volunteer service with i.b.mee. will be subject to immediate termination in addition to whatever other legal remedies may be available, which may include injunctive relief to i.b.mee.
